Mike Nickerson is Vice President of Stonehenge Capital’s asset management portfolio. He is responsible for monitoring the performance of the portfolio investments, safeguard the value of its collateral, and maximize investment yields. Prior to joining Stonehenge, Mr. Nickerson worked for 8 years at Rockbridge (a hospitality-focused private equity firm) on the asset management and portfolio management teams. At Rockbridge, Mr. Nickerson managed a 25+ hotel portfolio, including debt and equity investments. His main responsibilities were to optimize returns & mitigate risk through liquidity management, investment forecasting/valuations, debt compliance, hold/sell analysis, and strategic initiatives. Mr. Nickerson earned his BA from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business with a specialization in Real Estate & Development.
