Barber to speak at TEI conference in New Orleans

Anna Kathryn Barber, Vice President at Stonehenge Capital, will speak at the Credits and Incentives Issue Forum during the Tax Executives Institute’s 74th Annual Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, on October 29 at 5:30 p.m. The conference is being held at the Sheraton hotel on Canal Street.

This year’s TEI conference, “Tax Department Transformation: From Technology to the TCJA,” will examine tax challenges of digitalization, integrating technology into your tax department, and global tax administration in addition to the continuing international, federal and state and local tax implementation dimensions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Conference issue forums are designed to facilitate in-depth discussion of issues and are “led by a best-in-class faculty.”

Barber has extensive experience in partnering with corporations and high net worth individuals to manage their state tax liabilities through a diverse offering of tax credit investments. As a member of Stonehenge Capital’s Tax Credit Services team, Barber is responsible for developing investor and taxpayer relationships. Barber also works closely with major Hollywood film studios to efficiently monetize film and television state tax credits.
