Richard Allen, Director at Stonehenge Capital, will serve as a panelist at the Novogradac Historic Tax Credit Conference in St. Louis on September 26, 2019. Allen will discuss ways in which developers can twin historic tax credits with other tax credits, including low-income housing credits, new markets credits, opportunity zones, and other financial resources to successfully finance a development project.
