Mr. Russell is responsible for underwriting and maintaining capital investments with an emphasis on New Markets Tax Credits and underserved markets. Prior to joining Stonehenge, Mr. Russell worked for Ally Financial, where he focused on process implementation and standardized FP&A reporting. Mr. Russell earned his BS in Finance/Economics from UNC Wilmington.
