Stonehenge Strategic Capital Fund, LP (Stonehenge SCF) was formed by Stonehenge Capital Company to continue its practice of providing junior capital to small businesses located in the Northeast, Southeast, and Texas. Stonehenge provides mezzanine debt and growth equity to companies that are often overlooked by middle market investors and are led by experienced management teams who are passionate about building significant businesses. Stonehenge invests across various industries including manufacturing, industrial services, healthcare, business services and technology.

Stonehenge has a deep history of investing in outstanding small businesses through state-focused, economic development funds totaling over $400 million. The Fund’s Principals have managed 10 such funds for Stonehenge Capital and assumed management of the Growth Capital line of business in 2010. Stonehenge Capital, which spun out from Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase) in 1999, is a national specialty finance provider with expertise in private equity, tax credit finance, and community development.

With the Stonehenge Strategic Capital Fund, Stonehenge will continue to combine its unique market focus on small businesses with a rigorous diligence and investment management process, an experienced team, and the ability to execute on both debt and equity opportunities to drive consistently strong returns.
