Celeste E. Ellender

Ms. Ellender provides assistance to the Compliance Director and the in-house attorney with regards to various tax credit programs.

Prior to joining Stonehenge, Ms. Ellender worked for Union National Life Insurance Company, in the home office’s Consumer Affairs/Compliance Department, where she obtained an Associate, Customer Service designation through the FLMI program. From 1977 to 1985 she was employed by the Louisiana House of Representatives. She attended Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM) and Gadsden Business College in Anniston, Alabama.
