William Robert Lay

Mr. Lay is engaged with Stonehenge’s Tax Credit Services line of business focusing primarily on Entertainment Finance while helping expand the firm’s federal and state Renewable Energy Finance initiative.

Prior to joining Stonehenge, Mr. Lay worked as a staff auditor for Halliburton in Houston, Texas. He served as an Intern for Stonehenge for seven months while completing his education, which includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.
